Hastelloy is a nickel-molybdenum alloy. It contains ultra-low carbon and high Ni, Mo, and Cr elements, which belong to corrosion-resistant and high temperature-resistant materials.
There are many different grades of Hastelloy, many of which are nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys. Each of these grades has been optimized for a specific purpose, but all of them are highly resistant to corrosion.
The Corrosion-Resistant HASTELLOY alloys are widely used by the chemical processing industries. The need for reliable performance leads to their acceptance and growth in the areas of energy, health, and environmental, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and flue gas desulfurization industries.

There are many types of Hastelloy valves such as Hastelloy B2, Hastelloy B3, Hastelloy C22, and Hastelloy C276. Hastelloy series alloys UNS are also known as N10665, N10276, N06022, N10675, N06455. The DIN specifications are 2.4617, 2.4600, 2.4602, 2.4819. The most common form of cast Hastelloy used for valves is the A494 CW12MW and A494 CX-2MW.

Inconel Ball Valves has many different grades, such as Inconel 600, Inconel 625, Incoloy 800, Incoloy 800H and Incoloy 825. Different grades have different corrosion resistance, being able to meet various industrial applications. The demand for Inconel ball valves has increased in recent years and we have adapted our policy to meet this increase in demand and to make it easier for our customers.

Inconel is a “super alloy” material that is sometimes used for exhaust valves because of its superior high-temperature strength. Inconel the nickel content in the alloy is much higher than that of stainless steel, the corrosion resistance of alkali sulfide is better that of stainless steel, and the corrosion resistance of high temperature is better.

It has ASME B16.34 design, bolted cover type. As for its end connections: Flange RF, RTJ, Butt Weld are all standard units.
The other available type of Inconel check valves including, Inconel dual plate check valve, Inconel nozzle check valve, Inconel single plate check valve, Inconel lift type check valve, Inconel swing check valve.

Inconel is a family of austenitic nickel-chromium-based super alloys. Inconel alloys are oxidation and corrosion-resistant materials well suited for service in extreme environments.
Different Inconel alloys have widely varying compositions, but all are predominantly nickel, with chromium as the second element, good resistance to stress corrosion in high concentration chloride solution.

Inconel has many different grades, such asInconel600,Inconel625 and Incoloy 800H. Different grades have different corrosion resistance, being able to meet various industrial applications. Valves have applications majorly in Hydraulics and Pneumatic Industry. Railways, Industries, Defense and Research & Development have bulk consumption of Valves as well.

Inconel Globe Valves are made up of the Inconel family of alloys. There are different types of compositions in different Inconel grades and they are used differently to cater to different application types. The Inconel ASTM A494 CY40 globe valves are used in exhaust systems as they can withstand high temperatures. The applications such as acid production, chemical processing, food processing, petrochemicals, chemicals, and the oil and gas industry.

Inconel: More than twenty different grades are hiding behind this name. These materials are highly resistant to corrosion and creep and their ductility allows for use at very low temperatures. They are used in many sectors (chemical, pulp, and paper, nuclear and cryogenic).
Their implementation is sometimes more difficult than for stainless steel due to their high ductility.
Incoloy: These alloys exhibit very good corrosion resistance, high creep resistance, and excellent resistance to high temperature. They are primarily used in the chemical and petrochemical industries

The monel ball valves are designed to provide years of service at an economical cost and are available in various options. It with owns higher corrosion resistance than copper-based alloys in flowing seawater. Monel ball valves are suitable for transporting of high temperature hydrogen fluoride gas and hydrofluoric acid solution.
