  • Stainless Steel Check Valves

    Stainless Steel Check Valves

Stainless Steel is the short name for Stainless Acid-resistant Steel. The steel which resistant to air, steam, water, and other weak corrosion medium or Stainless Steel is called Stainless Steel; and which resistant to chemical corrosion medium (acid, alkali, salt, and other chemical etching) corrosion of steel is called acid-resistant steel.

According to their different texture, Stainless steel is often divided into martensitic steel, ferrite steel, austenitic steel, austenitic – ferrite (dual-phase) stainless steel, and precipitation hardening stainless steel.

The composition can be divided into chromium stainless steel, chromium-nickel stainless steel, and chromium manganese nitrogen stainless steel.

  • Super Austenitic Check Valves

    Super Austenitic Check Valves

Super austenitic steels are amagnetic and present good weldability and excellent formability.

Highly alloyed iron-nickel-chromium stainless steels containing molybdenum have been developed to respond to severe corrosion specifications.

Super austenitic stainless steels exhibit great resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion because of high molybdenum content (>6%) and nitrogen additions, and the higher nickel content ensures better resistance to stress-corrosion cracking versus the 300 series. These steels approach the performance of highly corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloys at a significantly lower cost.

  • Tantalum Check Valves

    Tantalum Check Valves

Tantalum and titanium alloys are non-ferrous high chemical activity metals. Tantalum materials have oxide films, good stability, and self-passivation ability in a strong corrosion environment, so Tantalum valves can resistance a variety of harsh corrosion conditions.

Due to its high cost-effectiveness and high corrosion resistance, the Tantalum check valve can be used in many high corrosion mediums. In the civil corrosion resistance industrial transmission pipeline, the Tantalum check valve solves many corrosion problems that the Stainless steel, Copper, or Aluminum check valves can’t solve.

The tatanium check valve has excellent corrosion resistance, high specific strength, small weight, hard, smooth surface that limits adhesion of foreign materials, heat resistance, and so on advantages.

  • Titanium Check Valves

    Titanium Check Valves

Titanium and titanium alloys are non-ferrous high chemical activity metals. Titanium materials have oxide films, good stability and self-passivation ability in strong corrosion environment, so titanium valves can resistance a variety of harsh corrosion conditions.

Due to its high cost-effective and high corrosion resistance, the titanium check valve can be used in many high corrosion medium. In the civil corrosion resistance industrial transmission pipeline, the titanium check valve solves many corrosion problems that the Stainless steel, Copper or Aluminum check valves can’t solve. The titanium check valve has excellent corrosion resistance, high specific strength, small weight, hard, smooth surface that limits adhesion of foreign materials, heat resistance and so on advantages.

  • Zirconium Check Valves

    Zirconium Check Valves

Check Valves made of zirconium offer excellent resistance to high-temperature acids. They are often used in acetic acid applications or on high-temperature heat exchanger pipes. They are also commonly used at nuclear power plants. Zirconium alloys offer excellent resistance to corrosion in agressive environments such as mineral and organic acids, alkalides, salts and other gaseous mediums. One of the main uses of zirconium alloys is in nuclear technology, as cladding of fuel rods in nuclear reactors, especially water reactors.
