Inconel Discharge Valves

Inconel is a family of austenitic nickel-chromium-based super alloys. Inconel alloys are oxidation and corrosion-resistant materials well suited for service in extreme environments.

Different Inconel alloys have widely varying compositions, but all are predominantly nickel, with chromium as the second element, good resistance to stress corrosion in high concentration chloride solution.

Material Features Of Inconel Discharge Valves

Inconel alloy has high tensile strength, fatigue strength, creep strength and fracture strength at 700℃, high oxidation resistance at 1000℃, stable chemical performance at low temperature, good welding performance, and easy to process.

Although the alloy is designed for strength at high temperatures, the high content of chromium and molybdenum provides a high resistance to a wide range of corrosive media.

Inconel Discharge Valves Type

Upward discharge valves design Features

  1. The gasket is placed in the concave groove of the valve body, the gasket can keep the elasticity for a long time and the sealing is reliable.
  2. Integral forging valve core design, with better strength.
  3. Enlarge the size of the stem and connection rod made the valves more stable and firm.
  4. Waist drum structure valve bodies have good streamline, it can increase flow capacity and reduce medium deposition.
  5. Spring-loaded packing design provides more reliable sealing and realizes packing seal online adjustment
  6. Valve core has a guide device to protect the stem from deviation
